This fifteen hour course, delivered over five weeks, combines elements of Workshop 1 and Workshop 2 and it is ideal for those who want to attend a longer course. It is designed to help photographers explore advanced camera settings and techniques, enhancing both technical skills and creative vision. 

Building on your existing knowledge, you'll gain confidence in using your digital camera effectively and creatively through studio-based learning, on-location shooting, and personalised feedback.

  • Advanced Camera Settings: Explore white balance, metering, bracketing, focusing modes, and the histogram to achieve precise control over your images.
  • Lighting Techniques: Learn to adjust your photos based on lighting conditions, and utilise on-camera flash and speedlights for improved exposure.
  • Landscape Photography: Delve into landscape photography with an introduction to historical and contemporary works for inspiration, followed by practical sessions at a carefully chosen locations.
  • Compositional Skills: Following and breaking rules to create visually compelling landscapes.
  • Portfolio Development: Receive guidance on showcasing and publishing your images, along with tips on building a professional portfolio of stunning photographs.
